It is with great excitement that we wish to announce that the 19th DCW meeting will be held from March 2 to March 3, 2023 in Düsseldorf, at the Heinrich-Heine-University.

The workshop will start on Thursday (March 2) at noon and will end on Friday (March 3) at noon.

Please save the date and make a note in your calendar! Further information will soon be available at the DCW website at https://chlamydienworkshop.org and announced by email.

You receive this email because you have registered for the German Chlamydia Workshop in the past.

To revive the workshop spirit and to get together again after the two-year break due to the pandemic, we would like to know whether you would be interested in a brief Chlamydia Workshop meeting in 2023 in either Berlin or Düsseldorf. We envision a shorter than usual workshop to avoid too much overlap with the CBRS meeting, which many of us are looking forward to attending.

We cordially invite you to the 18th German Chlamydia Workshop (DCW) in Lübeck at the European Hansemuseum. Although not at all matching with the historical places of the Hanse we are pleased to announce keynote speakers from Bonn, Copenhagen, Paris and San Francisco.

Registration and abstract submission is now possible. Deadline is December 20, 2019.

The preliminary program incl. our keynote speakers is now available on the DCW website (http://www.chlamydienworkshop.org/).

I would like to draw your attention to an EMBO workshop (Berlin, Oct. 26-29) that I am involved in as co-organizer.

Since I am aware of your interest in this area, I wonder whether you have considered joining. As in previous years, the workshop will start on Wednesday (February 5) at noon and will end on Friday (February 7) at noon. Further information will soon be available on the DCW website shortly and sent to you by email.
